I, personally, think that the best Halloween costumes are those that are the most original. The person who can find an outfit that makes people smile, wonder or simply be entertained for a moment is one appreciated by the Halloween crowd. I am not, per se, one of those people, but I appreciate them for the ingenuity they use because they dont have to, but choose to offer their talents for the world to see.Halloween is a simple event, really, dressing up for one day of the year, but it is something that is valued because of its rarity.
