The WBLF-1001-BS1400 is a 24V, 255 mm (≈10-inch) high-power brushless axial fan delivering 400W output, designed to replace SPAL BBL335 / SPAL335 in heavy vehicle cooling systems. It features IP68 waterproofing, stepless / PWM speed regulation, fast startup, and robust durability to withstand harsh operating environments.

Installation & Usage Tips

  • Mount on flat, rigid surfaces to minimize vibration

  • Respect airflow direction — inlet/outlet clearance is critical

  • Use correct wiring polarity (black = +, brown = –)

  • Keep supply voltage within 18–32V

  • Avoid exposure to corrosive chemicals or extreme radiant heat

  • Inspect wiring, connectors, and mounting bolts periodically

  • Supports PWM / analog / digital control; shield control wiring in EMC-sensitive systems

Q1: What is the current draw at full load (24V)?

A1: The draw depends on load and backpressure; for 400W at 24V, expect ~16–20 A under nominal conditions (use the performance curve for precise values).

Q2: What protections are integrated in the driver?
A2: Includes reverse polarity protection, over-current protection, thermal/overheat shutdown, and soft-start ramp to reduce inrush current.

Q3: How is EMC / interference performance validated?
A3: The fan has passed EMC testing per ISO 16750 / CISPR 25 standards, complying with both conducted and radiated emission limits.

Q4: How is noise tested & what is the measured acoustic level?
A4: Noise is measured in a semi-anechoic chamber per ISO 3744 / ISO 5136, at ~1 m distance. The published noise is ~76 dB, but actual levels depend on installation conditions.

Q5: What is the typical lifetime and failure modes?
A5: Designed for up to 40,000 hours under favorable conditions. Failures normally occur in bearings or via driver protection (over-temperature / over-current).
