The WBLF‑2002‑HS14002 20‑inch DC high‑voltage brushless blower from Sunlight features a 600V high‑voltage architecture, IP67 protection, mutually exclusive PWM or CAN control, and a wide temperature range of -40 to +85°C, making it an ideal solution for hydrogen fuel cell tractors, dump trucks, and new energy commercial vehicles.

1. 600V High-Voltage Platform Designed for NEVs

WBLF‑2002‑HS14002 is built for 600V nominal high‑voltage DC with an operating range of 400–750V, reaching full rated speed at ≥550V to perfectly match fuel cell heavy truck electrical systems.

  • Nominal voltage: 600V DC

  • Operating voltage: 400–750V

  • Full speed threshold: ≥550V

  • Withstand voltage: 800V

  • Rated current: ≤9A; 15A fuse recommended per blower

The high‑voltage design delivers stronger performance and lower losses for stable cooling under continuous heavy‑load operation.

2. High-Performance Cooling for Fuel Stacks & Motors

This 20‑inch high‑power blower provides strong airflow at 3200±50 RPM to satisfy cooling demands for fuel cell stacks, drive motors, and electronic controls.

  • Rated speed: 3200±50 RPM

  • Noise: ≤97 dB(A) @ 1m

  • Weight: ≤13 Kg

  • Start‑up time: ≤20 Sec

  • Wide static pressure range: 0–800 Pa

3. IP67 & Wide Temperature for Extreme Environments

Built for harsh conditions including water, mud, dust, and extreme temperatures:

  • Controller protection: IP67

  • Operating temp: -40°C ~ +85°C

  • Storage temp: -40°C ~ +110°C

  • Derating temp: 85°C; max tolerant: 100°C

  • Design life: up to 30,000 hours

Equipped with HVIL interlock, reliable grounding, and Amphenol high‑voltage connectors for full safety.

4. Control Modes: PWM or CAN

WBLF‑2002‑HS14002 supports two control modes that are mutually exclusive. Only one method can be active on a single unit.

Mode A: PWM Digital Speed Control

  • Frequency: 10–1000Hz, recommended 400–600Hz

  • Duty cycle: 0–100% linear control

  • High-level: 10–30V; Low-level: 0–2V

  • Simple wiring, cost-effective

Mode B: CAN Bus Communication Control

  • Baud rate: 250K / 500K

  • RPM command, status feedback, fault reporting

  • Over-voltage / under-voltage / over-current / over-temperature protection

  • For high-end vehicles, multi-fan systems, vehicle network

Important Note: PWM and CAN cannot be used together; they are mutually exclusive.

5. Automotive-Grade High-Voltage Safety

  • Mandatory chassis grounding (M4 screw, 1–1.2Nm)

  • Amphenol HVC2P high‑voltage connectors with HVIL

  • Fan guard: M10 bolts, 10–12Nm torque

  • Disassembly by non‑professionals is strictly prohibited
