Q1: Is this a brush-type or brushless fan?
A1: This is a brush-type DC axial fan (i.e. with brushes). It is not brushless. The FAQ or marketing sections should not confuse the two types.
Q2: Can the fan speed be controlled / modulated?
A2: Yes, the speed can be controlled via PWM or by reducing voltage within the permissible range (but do not exceed safe limits).
Q3: What is the actual noise level?
A3: The noise depends on speed, mounting, and system load. (If you have test data: “Typical noise is ~ XX dB(A) at 3000 RPM in free air.”) Balanced rotor design helps minimize noise.
Q4: Can I order custom wiring, connectors or cable lengths?
A4: Absolutely. We can adjust connector types, cable lengths, and wiring to suit your installation requirements.
Q5: What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
