12V 10inch Brushless Axial fans is widely used in various models,such as Ambulance, Loader, Construction machinery, Special vehicle, Manure truck, Corn receiver, Excavator, Snow shovel, Bus, Engineering Vehicle, Forestry Machinery, Refrigeration Truck and so on.
Mount flat & rigid: Use a flat surface with proper fastening torque to avoid distortion
Follow airflow direction: Ensure the fan blows in the intended direction
Correct wiring polarity: Black wire is positive, brown is negative — wrong connection may damage driver
Stable voltage supply: Keep voltage within 9 V–16 V for optimal performance
Avoid corrosive exposure: IP68 protects against water and dust, but not strong chemicals or acids
Clear airflow path: Avoid blocking inlet or outlet; allow sufficient free air path
Regular inspection: Periodically check wiring, connectors, and fasteners for wear or loosening
Storage handling: Store in dry environment, at –40 °C to +120 °C, to protect insulating materials
Control method: Use PWM or analog input (if supported) to dynamically adjust fan speed based on system demand
